Weeks from 1-4
In weeks 1 to 4, you’ll establish your goals in the first week to four. What are you looking for in your life? List your goals, and then make them bigger! Don’t limit yourself.
Then, break the goals you want to achieve into small steps, and each milestone will have a deadline.
Then, it’s just a matter of finding out what you have to accomplish daily to meet your goals for the day.
The first four weeks are to establish the routine that you like. It’s going to be an exercise in trials and errors until you’ve found your groove. Once you are in the routine, following the pattern will be pretty straightforward.
Weeks 8 – 9
In the weeks between weeks 5 and 8, in the weeks between weeks 5-8, you’ll be following the schedule and trying to complete your daily chores as well as you can. You’ll need to eliminate distractions from your daily routine and improve your focus.
This is also the perfect time to reflect and think about the habits that hold you back from achievement. Please take note of the bad behaviors and take steps to get rid of them slowly.
Week 9-12
Weeks 9-12 will be about getting rid of the bad habits and slowly introducing positive habits to increase your improvement. The process of instilling positive habits takes time. It is best to start slow and stay persistent.
In this period, you’ll be able to maintain your routine. You should have seen some positive results at this point. Your company may be more established.
It’s less likely to be procrastinating since the routine has become routine. The next step is to push yourself slowly.
Make an effort to accomplish more within the time you’re given. Improve your efficiency by working harder or finding ways to enhance your workflow.
Week 13-16
In the meantime, you’re making gradual improvements, and you’ll need to continue. You’ll have eliminated a few bad habits, or at least close to doing so. Be more active when it comes to developing positive habits.
This is a great moment to look at your fitness levels and see if you could do more exercise or make changes to your eating habits.
While you’re busy with the business side, it’s tempting to forget about your health; however, you’re doing it at your own risk.
So, make time to work out every day and gradually change your eating habits to ensure you’re eating healthier food.
Accomplish Success
Week 17-20
Congratulations if being able to get this far. Within these four weeks, you’ll keep doing what you’ve been doing previously, but you’ll have to review your finances and put your finances in order.
Additionally, you’ll need to determine if there are some skills you should learn to enhance your business.
If you do, you’ll determine the information you’d like to acquire and set aside an hour every day to study. Start slow and steady at first, and then accelerate your efforts after you’ve improved.
Week 21-24
By the time you reach week 21, you’ll have a good understanding of your routine. It is important to continue finding ways to improve your efficiency and make changes. A lot of your habits will have been a thing of the past.
You’ll also be able to incorporate various good practices as part of your everyday life. If you’ve been able to clean up your diet and engage in regular exercise, You’ll feel better.
At this point, you’ll be looking for ways to automatize certain aspects of your company. You might also want to delegate some tasks to other people to free up time to focus on more important tasks.
You’ll be thinking about increasing your efforts or getting it accomplished. You’ve probably reached some milestones and some wins to your name. This is the perfect moment to review your goals and consider what you can achieve to speed up your advancement.
Then, it’s time to get it done. From there, it’s an issue of washing and repeating.
The process of repeating it, removing distractions, honing your abilities, improving your performance, and tackling more significant challenges are next on your plan.
When you’re at week 24, you’ll be a different person than you were the day you began.
You’ll know where you are spending your energy and time. You’ll be able to create a mentality that’s focused on winning. You’ll feel more confident, and you’ll be able to respect yourself more.
